Diamonds are forever...

I was contacted by Sophie from the Birmingham Assay Office who was looking for a cake to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of 'AnchorCert’ - a business that test and certificate diamonds and gemstones.  So what else could I do but use LOTS of edible diamonds and glitter for extra bling!
