Pink and Black Wedding Cake

A bold wedding cake for a lovely couple.  This was my first dairy-free fruit cake and, (given the 'scraps' that I ate I have to say), it was super moist and delicious! 

The bride and groom provided the ribbon and cake stand and I think it looks very striking...congratulations Kate and James!
